Losing a loved one is always difficult. The immediate aftermath is often a busy one and time is filed with arrangements and the company of those in support. It is often during this time that the bereaved forgets he/she is mourning and appears fine to outsiders, so much so that the support network falls away soon thereafter.
It can then be during this later time that the difficulties set in.
The bereaved may experience a range of different emotions and feelings which may be difficult if not impossible to deal with.
Losing a loved one can leave you feeling lonely, depressed, nervous, worried, angry, guilty and so much more.
